With 12 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical issues, populations, and settings. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families suffering from issues such as substance use disorders, relationship discord, severe and persistent mental illness, and stage of life concerns. I’ve held positions as a psychotherapist and a program director in multiple treatment centers in Florida since 2008.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addiction Professional. I hold a Clinical Qualified Supervisor Designation from the State of Florida and am a Certified DUI Evaluator. My Education includes a Bachelor of Science from The University of Central Florida and Dual Masters Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Troy University.  In 2016, I started my private practice, Reclaim Life Counseling LLC with the goal of improving access to care by offering affordable services.

Philosophy of Treatment

As a professional who falls between the Millennial and GenEx generations, I understand the struggles of being in the “sandwich generation”; caring for the younger generation and the older generation. Millennials and Genexer’s are a unique population that has challenges different from other generations. I have a passion for working with adults just like you.
