As a mental health professional, I have provided mental health services for the past decade. I received my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from the City College of the City University of New York. The populations I have worked with include children, teens families, individuals, and couples with various psychosocial needs.
One of my passions is to work with the deaf and hard-of-hearing population. I hold a certificate in sign language interpreting from Ulster County Community College and can provide counseling services in ASL. I have vast experience in working with the deaf and hard of hearing population as well as with children on the spectrum. I also have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy working with individuals suffering from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and relationship issues.

- Holistic Approach
As a therapist, I ascribe to a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools and techniques. My approach is to gather information from all areas that may be affecting my clients and use these to create an individualized plan of treatment.
- Client-Centered Therapy
Serving special populations like the Deaf and hard-of-hearing, I am focused on meeting my client where they are. This means we go at your pace and we work on your goals. I am a guide for change and provide supportive and empathetic feedback.
