Founder, CEO and Psychotherapist

Hi and welcome! With almost 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of people from all walks of life.  The experience allowed me to help individuals, couples and families navigate complicated issues like substance use disorders, personality disorders and mood instability. While rewarding, in 2016, I incorporated Reclaim Life Counseling, LLC, and started my private practice. Over time the company grew to become a group practice and we now offer therapy for children and adults. With a goal of improving access to care, I’ve made it a point to work with as many managed care companies as I can. My employees are just as important as my clients and my hope is that it makes a difference in the quality of our care. Someday I’d like us to make a difference in the south Florida mental health community. Thanks for visiting and may you find something useful.

Philosophy of Treatment

As a professional who falls between the Millennial and GenEx generations, I understand the struggles of being in the "sandwich generation"; caring for the younger generation and the older generation. Millennials and Genexer's are a unique population that have challenges different from other generations. I have a passion for working with adults just like you.

  • Eclectic Style
With my down to earth approach, my clients find it easy to talk to me and build trust. I use various evidenced based approaches and techniques to provide a unique a personalized treatment experience.
  • Holistic Approach
In assessing my client’s needs, I consider all aspects of the person’s life. I know that your physical health, financial stability, spirituality, social and personal relationships, also contribute to your overall well-being.
  • Systemic Model
I take the perspective that we are all part of subsystems in society. I believe that we are naturally affected by others and seek to belong and feel accepted.
