Sara Y. Arce, LMHC, MCAP
Founder and CEO
With almost 15 years of experience, my work with adults, couples, and families, has been both as a psychotherapist and as a director-level administrator. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Clinical Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida. I founded Reclaim Life Counseling in 2016 as a solo practitioner. Over time, the business grew and in 2018 it became my full-time occupation. While I do see some clients, my current role is mostly administrative. Thankfully, I have a team of highly qualified and experienced clinicians and administrative personnel who I trust can and will provide the very best care and customer service for our clients.
Sarah Burton, LMHC, MCAP
Clinical Director and Psychotherapist
My experience includes working with individuals and families dealing with substance use disorders, dual diagnosis disorders, anxiety, and depression. In therapy, I use different models but with a Cognitive Behavioral foundation, I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy highly effective models.
