I educate and empower clients to triumph over disabling emotions and negative experiences and become the primary stakeholders in their journey of change, recovery, and growth. Clients will be taught practical skills to support their healing and growth. I utilize a strength-based approach characterized by deep empathy, compassion, kindness, unconditional positive regards, and acceptance to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment. With the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, principles of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and emotional freedom techniques (tapping), we can collaborate to foster post-traumatic healing, and freedom from symptoms of anxiety, depression, all forms of addictions, and other issues. Let’s work together.
