Philosophy of Treatment
I believe in multiple evidence-based systemic approaches. Problems and challenges are interrelated, often requiring a combination of techniques and skill-building modalities that fit with each client’s current struggle.
My approach as a psychotherapist is to join in the process with my clients and work alongside them. Together my clients and I create a trustful relationship, identify unique goals for therapy and use a strength-based approach to overcome challenges. My purpose is to help you realize the life you want, and I am ready and willing to help you get started.
